Loved by all that met him, Bertie was a beaming lad with a gentle soul. He grew up in and around MPFC and his life was entwined with our club. Many members have known Bertie since birth and his passing will be greatly impacting them and the broader community including his many friends at Albert Park College.

On the 3 September 2022 the whole community joined to celebrate the life of Bertie Whiting at Middle Park Footbll Club. This event was streamed live  to the broader community and friends and family worldwide.

We will all hold the memories of Bertie closely and his legacy will live on. Jase and Jo have requested that any gestures be made in the form of a donation to the Royal Children's Hospital Foundation to honour Bertie's life and contribute to the incredible work of the hospital.

As a club we bond together and support Jase, Jo and each other.
